Excel Home Care LLC is seeking to hire a Assessment RN 2 + years experience for a PRN position in York and surrounding Counties.
Job Requirements:
- Currently licensed by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing
- Capable of evaluating the personal caregiver’s competency in terms of his or her ability to carry out assigned duties and his/her ability to relate to the participant
- Able to assume responsibility for in-service training for personal caregivers by individual instruction, group meetings or workshops
- Conduct initial client assessment and follow-up re-assessments
- Review service plans/care plans and develop task to personal care aides and CNAs
- Oversee personal care aide's and CNA's performance of all services
Assessment RN (PRN) pay range: $50-$65/Per Hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-Time)
Excel Home Care LLC is seeking to hire an LPN 2 + years’ experience for a Part-Time position in York and surrounding Counties.
Job Requirements:
- Currently licensed by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing
- Hands-on patient care
LPN Part-Time pay range: $35-$50/Per Hour
Personal Caregivers Wanted
Personal Care Assistant
Excel Home Care LLC is always looking for competent personal caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Caregiver duties and responsibilities can include:
- Assisting with personal care: bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise
- Basic food preparation: preparing meals, shopping, housekeeping, laundry, and other errands
- Mobility assistance: help with getting in and out of a wheelchair, car or shower
- Personal supervision: providing constant companionship and general supervision
- Transportation: driving to and from activities, running errands, and help getting in and out of wheelchair-accessible vehicle
- Emotional support: being a stable companion and supporter in all matters personal, health-related and emotional
- Care for the elderly: orienting or grounding someone with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, relaying information from a doctor to family members
- Back-up care (or respite) services: providing other caregivers a break
- Home organization: help with organizing, packing or cleaning for a trip, or general house care and cleaning
- Health monitoring: following a care plan and noticing any changes in the individual’s health, recording and reporting any differences
Caregivers pay range:
- Hourly Pay Range-Personal Caregivers: $15-$18
- Hourly Pay Range-Certified Nursing Aids (CNA): $18-$21
- Hourly Pay Range-Certified Home Health Aids (CHHA): $18-$21
